OK, here's what I am going to do the next time I go through airport security. I always refuse the full body scanner as a matter of principle and/or personal safety. Besides, I think it pisses them off. So I will have made up a small 8 by 10 sign with a string attached that I can pull out of my pocket and loop around my neck as they TSA goon starts his pat down. The sign will read: CRIMINAL VETERAN, or CRIMINAL GRANDPA, or
CRIMINAL AMERICAN, or CRIMINAL CITIZEN. The possibilities are endless.
Wonder if they will violate my 1st Amendment rights in addition to the unreasonable search under the 4th Amendment?
